Rankgaroo lets you ask your AI app (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others) questions about your own Search Console and Google Analytics data. This page explains what we access, what we keep, and how to remove it.

Data we access

  • Your Search Console and Google Analytics data, read-only, through Google sign-in.
  • Your Google account ID and email address.

We cannot change anything in your Google accounts.

How we use it

Only to answer the requests you make in the AI app you connected. Nothing else.

What we store

  • Your Google account ID and email.
  • An encrypted Google access token and refresh token, so you stay signed in.
  • If you join the beta waitlist: the email you enter, the answers you choose on the form, and the page you signed up from. We use these only to contact you about beta access and launch news.

We never store your Search Console or Google Analytics data. We fetch it when you ask a question and pass it on right away.

Sharing

  • We send results only to the AI app you connected, when you ask.
  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not show ads.
  • Your data is not used to train AI models.

Note that once results reach your AI app, that app's own privacy policy applies to them.

Limited Use

Rankgaroo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
